First there will be a little intro to the dungeon describing the surrounding area and some things people may say that would lead the characters here.
Then there will be a section about overall features of the dungeon like environment, theme, any things that apply to the whole dungeon like roving monsters or status effects
Next will be several sections corresponding to the different rooms- A, B, etc.
